10. JULY 2025 – RE-USE – in the old STEWI factory
A NEW START WITH EXISTING STOCK
The start of construction on Green Spin sends a clear message: sustainability does not begin with construction, but with demolition. The RE-USE event demonstrated how sustainability has been an integral part of the project from the very beginning. Not as a buzzword, but as a lived attitude.
REUSE INSTEAD OF STAGNATION
The event focused on the reusable materials from the former Stewi building. From door handles and lighting fixtures to metal beams and sinks, numerous components will either be integrated directly into Green Spin or recycled for other construction projects.
RE-USE STATT STILLSTAND:
Der Elektroschrank zieht nicht als Relikt weiter, sondern als Ressource.
