More companies have already decided to lease space but are still in the midst of planning the custom fit-out of their future spaces. As a result, new names are constantly being added to the list on the construction site.

Excavation of the construction pit at the GREEN SPIN® site is in its final phase. While excavation work is being completed on the east side, foundation work is already in full swing on the west side.

Work on the GREEN SPIN® site is visibly progressing: After months of construction primarily taking place underground, the project is now rising higher, one spin at a time. With the installation of cranes and the start of above-ground construction, the next milestones are coming into view, and with them, the vision of a sustainable and forward-looking workplace.

Construction is proceeding according to plan, and GREEN SPIN® is taking shape more and more. An exciting moment for everyone involved.

Excavation work on the Green Spin site is proceeding according to schedule. On the 12,564 m² site, approximately 60 percent of the total excavation volume of 123,000 m³ has already been removed.

At the same time, work is underway to secure the excavation pit using approximately 5,500 m² of shotcrete and 2,309 nails to create a stable foundation for the next construction phases.

The dismantling and excavation work is in full swing. The processing of recyclable materials is proceeding according to plan, as are the overall logistics and organization.

The official start of construction was celebrated on the project site with a deliberately symbolic kick-off event reflecting our holistic approach to construction, attended by all project participants, future tenants, and guests from the worlds of politics and business.

We are looking forward to the start of an exciting implementation phase. Demolition and excavation work will begin in mid-August.

By summer 2027, a service building will be constructed that sets new standards in terms of function, architecture, and attitude. We are delighted that the project is now getting underway.

The building permit is now legally binding!
In the midst of the gloomy pre-spring days, we have received a happy announcement that lets us breathe a sigh of relief: The building permit is legally binding – and without reservation!
We are very pleased about this further important milestone. The legal force of the building permit gives us the necessary planning security. We can now start the letting process one hundred percent.

On-site inspection: the site is marked out – the spatial dimensions are now becoming tangible. The Stewi Building is in poor condition and will make way for our visionary project, which will set new standards in terms of eco-balance, mobility and sustainability.

Green Spin® is taking a major step towards the future: at the end of August, we submitted our building application to the City of Winterthur. We look forward to further planning and are convinced of the success of our pioneering project!
